Sundyne Appoints Adolfo Gomez Vice President of Global Aftermarket Services

 

Gomez will work with Sundyne’s Channel Partners & Authorized Service Centers to Proactively Support Sundyne’s Customers and Grow the Aftermarket Business

 

Arvada, Colorado, August 7, 2023 – Sundyne, a global leader in the design and manufacture of mission-critical pumps and compressors, today announced that Adolfo Gomez has joined the company as Vice President of Global Aftermarket Services.

Adolfo will lead Sundyne’s commercial aftermarket business and team, working closely with Channel Partners and Authorized Service Centers to proactively support Sundyne’s customers and grow the aftermarket business.

Adolfo has more than 20 years of industrial experience working at companies including General Motors, Chevron Texaco and Cummins, Inc. While at Cummins, Adolfo served in a variety of roles, including Vice President of Sales for Industrial Markets, where he doubled his region’s business to nearly $1B of sales in 24 months. Proficient in multiple languages and driven by a passion for the convergence of cultures and business relationships, Adolfo has amassed extensive international experience in the oil & gas, marine, automotive, mining, construction and agriculture markets throughout North America, South America, the Caribbean and Asia.

Adolfo earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. He also has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from La Universidad Del Zulia in Venezuela. Adolfo will be based out of Maryland, and he will report directly to Mary Zappone, CEO.
