We have established company guidelines to explain and outline our conditions for conducting business with trading firms.

POLICY - It is our policy to refrain from quoting to or accepting orders from all trading firms. Any exception to this policy requires the approval of the National Sales Manager.

SCOPE - The policy is applicable for Sundyne (in Arvada, Colorado, USA), Sundyne International SA, (in Dijon, France) and HMD/Kontro (in Eastbourne, England) operations only, and applies to new unit and spare parts sales. This does not apply to Distributor sales.

DEFINITION - A trading firm is an entity acting as an unsolicited sales or purchasing agent. Such firms typically, but not always, buy and resell, providing import/export services, and do not provide consulting or aftermarket support. Offshore wholly-owned purchasing offices of end users or contractors are not defined as trading companies under this policy.
